1          Ownership of Intellectual Property

All elements of the Ahln platform – including the website, mobile application, Ahln Smart Delivery Box hardware, and all related content – are the exclusive intellectual property of Dub Dev Technologies (“Dub Dev”, “we”, or “us”) or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, all software source code, application architecture, user interface designs, hardware schematics, documentation, and any proprietary algorithms or processes. By using the Ahln platform, you acknowledge that you are granted no ownership rights or title in any of these materials. All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by Dub Dev Technologies.

2          Trademarks and Branding

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Ahln website or app are proprietary to Dub Dev Technologies. This includes the “Ahln” name and logo (Ahln™), as well as any other product or service names, logos, or slogans associated with our platform. These marks are protected by trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use, copy, imitate, or misappropriate any Dub Dev Technologies trademarks without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Ahln platform or in this policy should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use our brand names or logos without permission.

3          Patents and Innovations

The technologies and innovations underlying the Ahln platform (including the smart delivery box hardware and software algorithms) may be protected by patents or patent applications held by Dub Dev Technologies. All present and future patent rights, design rights, and proprietary inventions related to Ahln are the sole property of Dub Dev Technologies. You are not granted any license under any of Dub Dev’s patents. Any attempt to use our patented technology outside the permitted use of the Ahln services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4          Copyright and Content

All content made available through the Ahln website and mobile app is protected by copyright, both in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. This includes the compilation of content, text, graphics, images, video, audio, design layouts, and the overall “look and feel” of the platform. Dub Dev Technologies either owns this content outright or has obtained the rights to use it. We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and use the Ahln website, app, and services for their intended purposes only. This license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked by us if you violate this policy or the Terms and Conditions. Except for this limited usage right, no part of the content or software may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without our express written permission.

5          Limited User License

Your use of the Ahln platform is subject to a limited license. When you comply with our Terms and this policy, Dub Dev Technologies grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Ahln website and mobile application, and to operate the Ahln Smart Delivery Box, solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is provided exclusively for accessing the services and features of the platform as intended by us. This license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you – all such rights remain with Dub Dev Technologies. You must not use the platform in any manner that exceeds the scope of this authorized use.

6          Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property and ensure the integrity of the platform, you agree to refrain from any of the following actions:

6.1        Reverse Engineering

You must not disassemble, decompile, decrypt, extract, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of any part of the Ahln software or firmware. Similarly, tampering with or reverse engineering the Ahln Smart Delivery Box hardware, its electronics, or design schematics is strictly forbidden.

6.2        Unauthorized Reproduction or Distribution

You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any portion of the Ahln platform (including software, documentation, or content) without explicit written permission from Dub Dev Technologies. This includes refraining from creating any derivative works based on our software, designs, or content.

6.3        Modification or Derivative Works

You shall not modify, adapt, or create derivative products or services from the Ahln website, app, hardware, or any content therein. Any attempt to build a product or service using Dub Dev Technologies’ intellectual property or proprietary information without authorization is prohibited.

6.4        Commercial Exploitation

You are not allowed to rent, lease, sublicense, sell, resell, or exploit the Ahln platform or any part of its content/software for any commercial purposes not expressly permitted by us.

6.5        Removal of Notices

You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the Ahln platform (e.g., on the website, within the app, or on the hardware).

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities constitutes a violation of Dub Dev Technologies’ rights and of the Terms and Conditions of using Ahln. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user engaging in intellectual property misuse, and to take legal action as necessary to protect our rights.

7          User Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions to improve the Ahln platform. However, any feedback or ideas you voluntarily provide (for example, suggestions for new features, improvements, or enhancements) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting feedback or suggestions to us, you agree that:

·         Dub Dev Technologies shall own all rights to any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our products or services.

·         You grant Dub Dev a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, incorporate, or otherwise exploit your feedback in any way we see fit, without any obligation to you.

·         We are free to use any concepts, know-how, or techniques from your feedback for any purpose, including developing, improving, and marketing products.

·         You will not be entitled to any compensation, credit, or notice for the use of your submitted feedback or suggestions.

By providing feedback, you represent that you have the right to give it and it does not include confidential or proprietary information of any third party. Please do not send us any ideas or materials that you expect to be treated as your intellectual property or for which you expect to be compensated. This policy helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that we can continue to improve our platform with user input.

8          Third-Party Materials

The Ahln platform may occasionally incorporate third-party software libraries, APIs, or other materials under license, and it may display content (such as logos or trademarks) belonging to third parties (for example, courier companies or service providers). Any such third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. Your use of the Ahln platform does not grant you any rights to use the intellectual property of third parties. If the platform contains open-source components, those components are licensed to us and to you under their own respective open-source licenses (which we will make available or list as required by those licenses). All third-party trademarks or service marks that appear on our website or app are the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation with Dub Dev Technologies.

9          Reservation of Rights

Dub Dev Technologies reserves all rights not expressly granted in this document or in our Terms and Conditions. No aspect of the Ahln website, mobile app, hardware, or services should be interpreted as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our intellectual property except as explicitly permitted. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws, and other applicable regulations. We will aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include seeking civil remedies and criminal prosecution.
